Based on mining machine rocker arm failure, by analyzing the structure of the machine, advanced failure diagnosis method was put forward, the reason of common fault was counted, methods and steps to prevent and reduce the malfunction were given to reduce maintenance downtime risk, improve production efficiency and extend service life.
