摘要
针对目前矿井提升机的闸瓦在线检测存在的问题,设计并实现了一种基于Labview与以太网为网络通讯的集散化闸瓦实时在线检测系统,由具有以太网通讯功能的数据采集卡负责采集闸瓦检测信号,通过Labview编程,由上位机显示监控画面,完成了包括闸瓦间隙、闸瓦磨损、闸盘温度等的闸瓦检测功能。实践表明,该系统有效解决了目前矿井提升系统所存在的相关监控问题。
In view of the current existing online detection of mine hoist brake shoe machine problem, the implementation of Labview and Ethernet based distributed real- time detection for brake system of network communication was designed and complemented, brake signal acquisition card was composed of data acquisition with Ethernet communication function,through Labview programming, the host computer displays monitor screen, the brake shoe clearance, including detection of functional shoe wear and the brake disc temperature. The practice showed that the system effectively solved relative monitoring issues in mine hoisting system.
