MK5掘进机除尘风机堵塞与转载机跑偏故障技术改造

MK5 Mining Machine Dust Removal Fan Plug And Reversed Loader off Tracking Technical Transformation

针对MK5掘进机在使用中出现的除尘风机堵塞以及转载机跑偏等故障,分析了其产生的原因,提出了技术改造方案。除尘风机堵塞问题采取堵住原来的吸风口,焊接新的吸风口与原风道相连的方法;转载机跑偏问题采取安装专门设计的皮带转载机防跑偏托辊的方法。实践证明,改造后的MK5掘进机故障率明显降低,维修费用大大减少。

Based on dust removal fan plug and reversed loader off tracking problem in MK5 mining machine, the reason was analyzed, the technical reformation was put forward. Plugging the original exhaust opening and welding new exhaust opening connected to the original air duct was adopted to solve the dust removal fan plug, specially designed belt transfer machine preventing off tracking was adopted to solve reversed loader off tracking. The practice showed that MK5 mining machine after transformation was with less fault and maintenance costs.
