摘要
针对介质消耗高的问题,西庞洗煤厂通过加强设备管理及磁选机介质回收管理,减少跑冒滴漏,推进分流、合介补水及脱介筛脱介管理,通过以上一系列措施,使西庞洗煤厂介耗由原来1.3 kg/t原煤降到现在0.8 kg/t原煤左右,降低了生产成本。
Based on the high medium consumption problem, Xipang Coal Preparation Plant strengthened the management of equipment and magnetic separator medium recycling, reduced water waste, improved shunt link, medium filling water and medium sieve medium,the measures reduced raw coal medium consumption from 1.3 kg/t to 0.8 kg/t or so, reduced the production cost.
