摘要
以樟子松实木和树皮为研究对象,进行樟子松在不同升温速率下的TG、DTG曲线分析。采用Coats-Redfern积分法进行动力学研究,热解机理函数符合一级反应动力学模型,并完成活化能和指前因子的计算。结果表明,提高升温速率,樟子松在主要热解过程中析出物质的速率加快,有助于提高热解反应。
The TG and DTG curves of Pinus sylvestris xylem and Pinus sylvestris bark were analyzed at different heating rates.Pyrolysis kinetics was used to describe the process by CoatsRedfern integral method.The kinetic process was simplified as a first-order reaction,and pyrolysis kinetic parameters as activation energy and pre-exponential factor were calculated.Experimental results indicated that precipitation material in the process of the main pyrolysis of Pinus sylvestris was accelerated with the improving of heating rate,and the improving of heating rate helped to improve the pyrolysis reaction.
