低倍数泡沫灭火系统若干问题探讨

Research on some problems of low-expansion foam extinguishing system

针对近年来低倍数泡沫灭火系统在运行及设计中暴露出来的问题,从泡沫液的选择、泡沫产生器及泡沫比例混合装置等系统组件的选择、系统对各类特殊液体储罐的适用性、浮顶储罐泡沫供给方式等方面,对系统进行分析和讨论,并提出可行性建议,包括立式储罐低倍数泡沫灭火系统应采用钢制立式泡沫产生器,低沸点液体储罐应采用七氟丙烷泡沫系统;高温储罐不宜采用泡沫灭火系统等。

According to some problems exposed in the operation and design of low-expansion foam extinguishing system in recent years,analysis and discussion were conducted from aspects as the selection of foam concentrate,selection of foam maker and foam proportioning sets,system suitability to somespecial liquid tanks and foam supply mode of floating roof tank.and,some feasible suggestions were provided including choosing vertical steel foam maker for vertical storage tank,choosing Heptafluoropropane foam system for tank with low boiling point liquid,and foam extinguishing system be not used for high tempeture storage.
