通过讨论消防应急通信在灭火及应急救援工作中的实际应用,为今后消防应急通信保障体系建设和发展提供思路。分析和阐述当前应急通信保障体系建设存在的突出问题,并就如何加强消防应急通信保障工作对策及措施进行讨论,在应急响应、现场指挥、装备配备、人才培养、作战编程等方面进行阐述。

Through the discussion on the fire emergency communication application in fire fighting and rescue,provided ideas for future construction and development of emergency communication support system.Analyzed and elaborated prominent problems existing in the construction of emergency communication support system at present,and proposed countermeasures and measures about strengthening emergency communication support from aspects as emergency response,on-site command,equipment,personnel training and combat programming.
