摘要 介绍一种弹体外装型60mm迫击炮森林灭火弹,其材质选用ABS工程塑料。运用ANSYS Workbench的CAE仿真软件对灭火弹发射模型做模态分析,得到其前6阶发射固有频率,得出灭火弹易受干扰区主要在尾翼、联接件和弹体部位。对其尾翼进行了发射时的瞬态动力学分析,在最大膛压下,满足发射强度。 A kind of fire extinguishing bomb, which was launched by 60 mm mortar,was introduced.The projectile body of this bomb was out of mortar.The ABS engineering plastics was used on the warhead of fire extinguishing bomb.The modal analysis of fire extinguishing bomb was carried out by CAE of ANSYS Workbench software,and its six parts' natural frequency were obtained.The main Interference of fire extinguishing bomb appeared at the empennage,connector and the body of bomb.Transient dynamics analysis was carried out on the tail,it turned out that the tail could fit the requirement under maximum pressure when the bomb launched.
