摘要
为提高小口径机井坠井事故的救援效率,充分考虑坠井人体姿态特征与井筒相对位置,利用遥控气动原理,开发研制了专用救援门架。介绍救援门架机械设计、气动系统设计、视频系统设计。门架平面可旋转,宽度可伸缩,固定人体时不晃动,可纠错重来,遥控气动执行。以人体模特进行试验验证,可实现从坠井者人体的正前、后方空挡处下插立柱,在两腿间合拢挡板,形成一个垂直于坠井者人体宽度方向的对称刚性框,竖向套住人体,快速完成固定并提升。试验表明,在深6m、直径400mm的机井中救援时间不超过15min。
In order to improve the rescue efficiency of small caliber driven well falling accident,based on the telecontrol aerodynamic principle,a special rescue gantry was developed,which had fully considered the relative position between the body posture and the well shaft.The mechanical design,pneumatic system design and video system design of the rescue gantry were introduced.The plane of this gantry could rotate round the vertical axis,and its width could be flexible.When fixing the body,the gantry could be steady,the operating could be repeated when it is failure.This process was executed by telecontrol pneumatic mode.Based on the verification test with mannequin,this gantry could insert two columns from the space before and behind of the falling body,fold the baffles between his legs,and form a symmetrical rigid frame perpendicular to the width direction of the body,hold the body vertically,fix and hoist the body quickly.Tests showed that,the rescue time was less than 15 minutes when the driven well was 6mdeep and 400 mm in diameter.
