Z公司绩效管理系统探析

摘要 体系内容包括:绩效指标的选取;考核流程及周期;考核方式的差异化;绩效等级的区分方式;考核结果的用途;员工的评价态度。系统的优劣性:关注产出、成果、过程与投入;但对企业发展的全方位平衡、长期规划、持续性发展和改善机制等还不足。改善的意见或建议:建立员工的心理契约;从整体性上来对待绩效考核;避免单一的评价方式;指标的进一步量化与细化;考核结果的反馈;考核的频率问题。
