摘要 农业信息化建设是现代农业发展的关键和基础,建设农业信息化是一个复杂的规范的过程,受到诸多因素的共同影响,同时不同因素之间又相互影响。哪些因素会影响到各地区农业信息化的发展,为了进一步明确影响农业信息化建设和发展的因素,了解影响因素对农业信息化建设的影响程度,通过对湖南省118个县域进行实证研究,并采用DEMATEL计量模型分析影响农业信息化建设的内生性因素及其影响程度,得到了农业信息化影响因素的影响度、中心度和原因度。结果表明:虽然这些因素在农业信息化建设过程中的重要程度有所差异,但县级农民接受信息化培训比例、建立政府网站的乡镇个数、农村党员干部现代远程教育系统正常使用的村等内生性因素会直接影响到农业信息化的建设。 Agriculture and information technology is a key foundation of modern agricultural development. Construction of agricultural information is a complex and normative process. It is affected by the many factors,which interact one another.What will the factors affect the various regions of the agricultural development of information technology? To further clarify the factors of agricultural information construction and development,understand the impact of factors on the construction of agricultural information,the paper took 118 counties in Hunan as the object,using the DEMATEL model to identify and analyze the factors affecting agricultural information construction in Hunan Province. The results showed that though the importance of these factors in the agricultural informatization construction process differs,some endogenous factors will directly affect the construction of agricultural information,such as the information hotline,the number of government websites towns,the village of the rural party members and cadres of modern distance education system in normal using.
