SWOT Analysis and Strategic Choice of Green Mining in Coal Industry

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,对煤炭的需求量和消耗量逐年增多,煤炭生产与资源合理开采之间的矛盾成为阻碍可持续发展的主要矛盾之一。面对环境破坏、资源浪费等严峻问题,在可持续发展的大背景下,以开采与环境协调发展为主旨的绿色开采受到了广泛关注。绿色开采作为可持续发展的重要组成部分,成为煤炭工业贯彻科学发展观的必然选择。作者以绿色开采作为研究对象,主要研究了影响我国煤炭企业绿色开采的内外部环境,基于AHP-SWOT分析方法,着重分析煤矿实施绿色开采的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,并对煤矿业绿色开采的影响因素按权重进行排序,建立了绿色开采的战略选择体系,确定了集中发展战略。这将为煤炭行业绿色开采的顺利实施提供战略保障,促进绿色开采在煤炭企业的完善发展。

With the rapid development of China＇s social economy,the development of human society demands more and more coal. The contradiction between resource development and social production has become a major problem in hindering the sustainable development. Facing the serious problem of environment and resources development,in the background of sustainable development,to coordinate the development of mining and the environment for green mining is received extensive attention. Green mining is both an important part of sustainable development and an inevitable choice to implement scientific development concept in coal industry. Green mining is regarded as the research object. This article applies AHP-SWOT to focus on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and further,and sort the influence factors of green mining in coal industry according to weight. In the end,this paper determines the concentrated development strategy. It provides a strategic safeguard for the coal industry implement smoothly the green mining,which is conducive to the improvement of the green mining in coal enterprise development.
