摘要
20世纪80年代开始,全球的经济产业结构呈现出"工业型经济"向"服务型经济"的转变趋势,现代服务业的发展也取得很大进步。企业文化对于服务型企业的发展有着十分重要的影响。因此,构建现代服务业企业文化评价指标体系显得尤为重要。文中构建了服务型企业的企业文化评价指标体系,包括物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化4个一级指标,16个二级指标,并以某服务性企业为例进行实证分析,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的方式进行评价,即定性分析和定量分析的综合运用,并提出构建服务型企业文化的对策和建议。
In the 1980 s,the global economic structure showed the tendency from the"industrial-based economy"to"service economy",and the development of the service sector has also made great progress. However,the corporate culture has a very important influence on the development of service-oriented corporate. Therefore,building the evaluation index system of service-oriented corporate culture is of great importance. This paper constructed the evaluation index system of service-oriented corporate culture,including material culture,institutional culture,behavior and spiritual culture as primary indexes,which includes sixteen secondary indexes,and took a certain service company as a case study,applied AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make the evaluation,and proposed policies and proposals to build a service-oriented corporate culture.
