文章主要讨论了在中国现今经济发展的大环境下,进行青年教师的思想政治教育的重要性;现在高校青年教师思想政治工作现状;高校思想政治工作中存在的问题及高校在经济发展、社会思想变革时期如何抓住机遇对高校青年教师进行思想政治工作等方面。试图探求一条培养青年教师、做好思想政治工作的新路子,为高校迎接21世纪挑战性发展奠定基础。

This paper mainly discussed the importance of the ideological and political education of young teachers within the market economic environment, current situation and problems of the ideological and political work of college young teachers.Then we discussed how to catch the opportunity in economic development and social trans- formation to carry out ideological and political work. We expect to explore a new way for Ideological and political work of young teachers training,so that colleges and universities have the ability to face the new challenges in 21 Century.
