摘要
目的分析新生儿感染细菌性肺炎与感染轮状病毒后机体T淋巴细胞亚群以及细胞因子的变化。方法感染细菌性肺炎新生儿25例作为细菌组,感染轮状病毒新生儿25例作为感染组,单纯高胆红素血症新生儿25例作为对照组。检测外周血CD4+淋巴因子及相关淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果与对照组相比,细菌组与病毒组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较低(P<0.05),CD9+水平细菌组与病毒组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);IL-4水平细菌组最高,对照组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组IFN-水平比较基本无差异(P>0.05);3组IL-17水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05);NK细胞水平进行比较,病毒组明显低于细菌组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿被不同病原体感染后,其机体T淋巴细胞亚群水平降低,细胞因子水平也出现变化。
Objective To analyze the changes of the T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines in neonates with neonatal bacterial pneumonia and neonates with rotavirus infection. Methods A total of 25 neonates with neonatal bacterial pneumonia were selected as bacteria group,25 neonates with neonatal rotavirus infection were selected as infection group and 25 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were selected as control group. Peripheral blood CD4+lymphocyte and lymphocyte subpopulations were detected and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/ CD8+were significantly lower in the bacteria group and the infection group( P〈0. 05). CD9+level in the bacteria group and the infection group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 01). The level of IL- 4 was the highest in the bacteria group and the lowest in the control group,and there were significant differences among three groups( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference of level of IFN-among three groups( P〉0. 05). There was no significant difference of IL-17 level among three groups( P〉0. 05). NK levels in cells in the infection group was significantly lower than that in the bacteria group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion In the neonates infected by different pathogens,the levels of the T lymphocyte subsets reduce and levels of cytokines change.
