经皮椎体成形术骨水泥渗漏的原因分析及预防 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,经皮椎体成形术(PKP或PVP)具有微创、安全、稳定骨折恢复椎体高度纠正后凸,快速解决疼痛效果可靠,已成为治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)、椎体肿瘤和转移瘤等疼痛性椎体疾病的重要方法之一[1]。然而,随着临床应用的推广及延伸,与其相关的并发症逐渐引起人们的重视,尤其以骨水泥渗漏的发生最为常见。椎体成形术使用的骨水泥发生渗漏时具有流动不确定性,凝固时可产生80~90℃高温[2]。
