快速康复外科理念在乳腺癌患者围术期中的应用

Application of fast tract surgery concept in perioperative period of patients with breast cancer

目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在乳腺癌患者围术期中的应用价值。方法将212例择期行乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为FTS组(110例)和对照组(102例),FTS组采用FTS方案,对照组采用传统外科方案。记录2组术区愈合时间、术后上肢正常活动时间、住院天数及并发症发生情况,并比较2组的护理满意度。结果 FTS组术区愈合时间、术后上肢正常活动时间及住院天数均较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组术后并发症发生情况比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。FTS组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌患者围术期应用FTS安全、有效,不仅可加速患者恢复,提高患者满意度,还可降低医疗成本。

Objective To explore the application of fast tract surgery （FTS） concept in the perioperative period of patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 212 patients with breast cancer underwent modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into FTS group （ n = 110, treated with FTS regimen） and control group （ n =102, treated with traditional surgery regimen）. The healing time in operative period, normal movement time of upper limbs after operation, hospital stays and incidence of complications in both groups were recorded, and the satisfactory degree toward nursing was compared. Results The healing time in operative area and normal movement time of upper limbs after operation as well as hospital stays in the FTS group were all significantly shorter than the control group （P〈 0.01）. There was no significant difference of incidence of com- plications between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The satisfactory degree toward nursing in the FTS group was significantly higher than the control group dramatically （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of FTS in the perioperative period of breast cancer is safe and effective. It not only accelerates the patients＇ recovery and satisfactory degree, but also decreases the medical cost.
