老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围术期护理干预

Perioperative nursing intervention in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者采取围术期护理干预措施并探讨其对治疗效果的影响。方法选取临床确诊为胆囊良性病变并进行腹腔镜切除术的60岁以上患者共120例随机分为实验组与对照组各60例,对照组采取临床常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上行护理干预,对2组患者的住院时间、满意度以及并发症发生情况进行观察记录。结果实验组患者的住院时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组呕吐、排尿困难、腹胀、排气困难以及出血的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者出院时的满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理有效的围术期护理干预,对患者的围术期康复具有重要意义。

Objective To explore cacy in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients over 60 yeas old randomly divided into experimental group the effect of nursing intervention on the therapeutic efficholecystectomy. Methods A total of 120 laparoscopic diagnosed gallbladder benign lesions in our hospital were and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was taken clinical routine nursing, and the experimental group implemented nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, the incidence of hospital stay, satisfaction and complications of two groups were observed and recorded. Results The mean length of hospitalization of patients in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications such as vomiting, difficulty uri- nating, abdominal distension, exhaust problems and of bleeding in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group, which showed a statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, there was statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Reasonable and effective periopera- tive nursing intervention is of great significant for perioperative rehabilitation of patients.
