综合性护理对前列腺电切术患者术后膀胱痉挛的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing on postoperative bladder spasm in patients with transurethral resection of prostate

目的探讨综合性护理在减少前列腺电切术患者术后膀胱痉挛中的应用。方法将120例经尿道前列腺电切治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组为减少术后膀胱痉挛给予综合性护理,比较2组术后膀胱痉挛、心理状态、疼痛及生活质量。结果观察组术后膀胱痉挛的发生率低于对照组,程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3 d的SAI、TAI评分均低于对照组,术后1 d、2 d的VAS评分低于对照组,出院前的各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理能够有效降低前列腺电切术后的膀胱痉挛程度,减轻心理负担,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing in reducing postoperative bladder spasm in transurethral resection of prostate. Methods A total of 120 patients with transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing, and the postoperative bladder spasm pain, psychological status and life quality of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of bladder spasm in the observation group was lower and spasm degree was less than that in the control group, there were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. SAI, TAI score after 3 d of the operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, VAS score after 1,2 d of the operation was lower than that in the control group, the life quality score before discharge was higher than that in the control group, there were statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate, reduce psychological burden, and improve the life quality of patients.
