虎门二桥工程坭洲水道桥为主跨1 688m双塔非对称式两跨连续钢箱梁悬索桥,为世界上最大跨径的钢箱梁悬索桥,索塔采用门式钢筋混凝土结构,塔高260m,由下塔柱、下横梁、中塔柱、中横梁、上塔柱、上横梁组成。详细介绍了该桥索塔中横梁位置和横梁造型的设计思路和构造特点,并就受力性能、美观性及施工难易程度等方面,对索塔横梁位置和造型方案进行了论证、分析和比较,确定最佳的横梁位置和造型。
Nizhou Watercourse Bridge is an asymmetric continuous steel box girder suspension bridge with twin towers and a main span 1688m, which marks the largest span of steel box girder suspension bridge in the world. The pylons of the bridge are designed as the reinforced concrete structures being as high as 260m and made up of the lower legs, lower cross beams, middle legs, middle cross beams, upper legs and upper cross beams. The de- sign idea and structure character of position and modelling of middle cross beam have been introduced, proving, analysis and comparison to the position of cross beam and modelling of middle cross beam have been carried out based on the efficiency, artistry, and construction feasibility and so on, so the best cross beam position and mod- eling have been determined.
