摘要
本研究聚焦弹幕发送动机,通过深度访谈及焦点小组访谈,分析用户的使用行为和心理。首先,研究结合具体的弹幕内容,重点分析八种典型的弹幕发送动机,即模拟情境、释放情绪、共享有用信息、表现幽默感、彰显独特性、分享个人喜好、寻找共同语言、找茬与挑衅等。其次,研究发现,用户的人格特质与其弹幕发送动机存在相关性。最后,相比其他网络社交或互动平台,弹幕网站的低表达成本是弹幕发送动机易于转化为行为的重要因素。
This research focuses on the motivations of sending comments on the bullet curtain platform by conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups interviews with bullet curtain users, analyzing user behaviors and the mental process. Firstly, we combine comments on the bullet curtain platform and analyze 8 types of typical motivations of sending comments, which are simulating situation, releasing emotion, sharing useful information, displaying sense of humor, manifesting uniqueness, sharing interests, finding common language and picking a battle. Then, the results indicate that the motivations are related with personality traits. Last but not least, the lower expressing cost, comparing to other social networking on interaction platforms, is a significant factor in the easy transformation from motivations of sending comments to actions.
