点阵CO_2和脉冲染料激光联合治疗对兔耳增生性瘢痕的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Lattice CO_2 and Pulsed Dye Laser Combined Treatment on Hyperplasic Scar of Rabbit Ears

摘要 目的:探讨点阵CO2和脉冲染料激光联合照射对兔耳增生性瘢痕的影响。方法:采用32只雄性新西兰大白兔建立兔耳增生性瘢痕模型,随机分为4组,A组:点阵CO2激光治疗组;B组:脉冲染料595nm激光治疗组、C组:点阵CO2激光和脉冲染料595nm激光联合治疗组;D组:对照组。观察瘢痕生长情况,比较治疗前后瘢痕增生指数,免疫组织化学SP法检测瘢痕组织中胶原蛋白Ⅰ、Ⅲ的水平。结果:瘢痕厚度:A、B、C组在治疗后均较D组下降(P<0.05);瘢痕增生指数:与D组比较,A、B、C组均显著下降(P<0.05),与C组比较,A、B组均显著升高(P<0.05);胶原蛋白Ⅰ、Ⅲ水平:与D组比较,B、C组显著下降(P<0.05),A组胶原蛋白Ⅰ水平显著下降、胶原蛋白Ⅲ水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:点阵CO2激光和脉冲染料激光联合照射有利于兔耳增生性瘢痕的治疗,其机制与抑制胶原蛋白合成和改善胶原结构有关。 Objective: To study the effects of lattice COz and pulsed dye laser combined treatment on hy- perplastic scar of rabbit ears. Methods: 32 healthy adult male New Zealand white rabbits were di- vided randomly into 4 groups: A group (lattice CO2 laser treatment group, n = 8), B group (pulsed dye 595 nm laser treatment group, n=8), C group (lattice CO2 and pulsed dye 595 nm laser irradiation treatment group, n=8), D group (control group, n=8). The growth of the scar was observed before and after treatment, the hyperplasia index (HI) of the scar was compared, the levels of collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ were tested with immunohistochemistry (streptavidin-perosida- sein) in scar tissue. Results: Compared with D group, the scar thickness and HI in groups A, B and group C were lower; Compared with group C, the scar thickness and HI in groups A and Bwere higher, in which the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Compared with group D, the levels of collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ in group B and C were lower, while the level of collagen I in group A was lower, but collagen Ⅲ was higher, differences were statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion. Lattice CO2 and pulsed dye laser combined treatment is more conducive to treatment of hyperplasic scar, whose mechanism is correlated with inhibition of collagen synthesis and improvement the structure of the collagen.
