经单侧椎弓根穿刺行经皮椎体后凸成形术对手术对侧椎体骨密度的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty via Unilateral Pedicle Puncture on Contralateral Vertebral Bone Mineral Density

摘要 目的:观察经单侧椎弓根穿刺行经皮椎体后凸成形术对手术对侧椎体骨密度的影响。方法:选取147例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者为研究对象,依据经单侧手术和双侧手术途径的不同将纳入病例分为为单侧组和双侧组,分别为68例和79例。术后观察两组患者骨密度变化并进行统计分析。结果:单侧组术后手术侧和手术对侧骨密度均有提高,含假体与去假体骨密度与术前比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05);含假体骨密度手术两侧比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),去假体手术两侧骨密度比较也无显著性差异(P>0.05),两侧含假体骨密度比去假体骨密度高,比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论:单侧经皮椎体后凸成形术有助于提高手术对侧骨密度,且与手术侧骨密度比较差异性不大,效果满意,有临床推广应用价值。 Objective: To observe the influence of unilateral pedicle percutaneous puncture kyphoplasty on the contralateral vertebral bone mineral density. Methods: 147 cases osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) were selected and divided into unilateral surgery group (n=68) and bilateral surgery group (n=79) according to the surgical approaches. Vertebral bone mineral density (BMD) were measured and compared. Results: After surgery, vertebral BMD in unilater- al surgery group were increased (P〈0. 05), but vertebral BMD with or without prosthesis showed no difference between sugical and contralateral sides (P〉0.05). BMD of vertebras con- taining prosthesis were higher than those without prosthesis (P〈0.05). Conclusion. Unilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty helps to improve BMD of contralateral side, and had little impact on surgical side BMD, and the overall effect was satisfactory.
