外用溃疡散和康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of External Ulcer Powder and Kangfuxin Fluid in the Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的:探讨外用溃疡散和康复新液单用与联用治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将120例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者按照随机数字表法分成A组、B组及C组,每组40例,A组单用外用溃疡散外涂治疗,3次/d,B组单用康复新液口服治疗,3次/d,C组给予外用溃疡散和康复新液联用治疗,疗程均为7d。比较3组患者临床疗效及平均溃疡期。结果:A组与B组治疗后总有效率、平均溃疡期、疼痛指数比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组总有效率明显优于A组及B组,平均溃疡期明显少于A组及B组,疼痛指数明显小于A组与B组(P均<0.05)。结论:外用溃疡散和康复新液联用,可明显增强临床疗效,减轻疼痛,促进溃疡愈合。

Objective. To investigate the clinical efficacy of external ulcer powder and Kangfuxin fluid alone and combination treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods. According to the random num- ber table method, 120 patients with recurrent oral ulcers were divided into three groups. A, B and C. Patients in group A were treated with external ulcer powder, 3 times/d and group B were treated with Kangfuxin fluid, 3 times/d, while group C received both external ulcer powder and Kangfuxin fluid, 7 days/course in each group. Clinical efficacy and average ulcer ranges in three groups of patients were compared. Results. After treatment, the total effective rate, the average period of ulcers and pain index showed no statistical significance between group A and group B （P〉0. 05）. The total effective rate of group C was significantly better than group A and group B, and while the average ulcer period was significantly less than those in group A and group B, pain index was significantly less than the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The combination of external ulcer powder and Kangfuxin fluid can significantly enhance clinical efficacy, alievate pain, and promote ulcer healing.
