重视单细胞测序技术在肾癌中的研究 被引量:1

Value of single-cell sequencing technology in renal cell carcinoma

摘要 随着分子生物学的发展,基于单个细胞水平上的基因组测序技术-单细胞测序应运而生。与传统测序相比,单细胞测序可以在细胞层面揭示遗传信息异质性及突变特征,因而具有广阔的应用前景。近来,单细胞在肾癌中的研究逐渐受到研究者的重视,目前相关研究不仅揭示了肾癌细胞层面的突变信息,还揭示了肿瘤耐药性的一些机制,本文就单细胞测序在肾癌中的研究做一介绍。 With the development of molecular biology,the technology of single-cell sequencing which based on single cell level emerged.Compared with conventional sequencing,single-cell sequencing can reveal heterogeneity and mutations characterized at the cellular level,which has broad application prospects.Recently,studies of single cell in renal cell carcinoma have been gradually paid attention to by researchers.The current researches not only reveal information about renal cell carcinoma in mutation level,but also reveal some of the mechanisms of tumor resistance.This article introduces single-cell sequencing in renal cell carcinoma.
