微导管塑形在颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗中微导管塑形的方法. 方法 南方医科大学珠江医院神经外科自2011年1月至2014年12月成功栓塞治疗923例颅内动脉瘤,回顾性分析患者的临床资料及栓塞过程中微导管塑形的应用. 结果 栓塞前均根据动脉瘤的情况进行了微导管塑形,923例颅内动脉瘤均成功栓塞,其中应用直形58例,单弯塑形167例,双弯塑形362例,S形131例,Z形或反S形8例,螺旋形或猪尾巴形148例,其他类型49例.术后即刻造影显示654例动脉瘤达致密栓塞,269例达基本致密栓塞,栓塞过程中无并发症发生. 结论 良好的微导管塑形对于颅内动脉瘤栓塞是安全及有效的. Objective To discuss the shaping methods of microcatheters for cerebral aneurysms.Methods The clinical data and shaping methods of 923 cerebral aneurysms which were embolized successfully in our hospital from January 2011 and December 2014 were retrospectively summarized.Results Before embolization,the shape of microcatheters was created according to the shapes of cerebral aneurysms;straight microcatheters were used in 58 patients,single bended microcatheters were used in 167 patients,double bended microcatheters in 362 patients,S shaped microcatheters in 131 patients,Z shaped microcatheters in 8,spiral shaped microcatheters in 148 and other typed ones in 49 patients.All cerebral aneurysms were embolized successfully;654 cerebral aneurysms were embolized densely and 269 were partly embolized densely.No complications happened during embolization Conclusion Suitable shaping methods of microcatheters are safety and effective for cerebral aneurysm embolization.
