多发性硬化患者脑血管病危险因素分析

摘要 目的分析多发性硬化(MS)患者缺血性脑血管病危险因素。方法取病程5年以上与病程5年内MS患者组,并设健康对照组和疾病对照组,分析对比各组患者脑血管病危险因素。结果病程5年内MS组患者同型半胱氨酸、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、颈动脉B超斑块检出率高于健康人群组和疾病对照组,病程5年以上MS组同型半胱氨酸和颈动脉B超斑块检出率高于病程5年内MS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MS患者较其他人群更易患缺血性脑血管病。 Objective To analyse the clinical data of ischemic cerebrovascular disease risk factors (CVDRF) in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).Methods The clinical data in patients with MS were analyzed retrospectively , and those patients were divided into two groups according to wether the disease course is more than 5 years.healthy people from physical check-ups of the same age for healthy control , patients from inpatient without cerebrovascular disease in neurology department as patients control .Analysis of comparative study on ischemic cerebrovascular disease risk factors between those groups .Results There were significantly higher levels of homocysteine ( Hcy ) , very low density lipoprotein ( VLDL ) , total cholesterol ( TC ) and carotid artery plaque detectablerate in MS group than healthy group and patients control group .There were significantly higher levels of Hcy and carotid artery plaque detectablerate in MS group with disease course more than 5 years than those with disease course within 5 years(P〈0.05).Conclusion MS are more likely to suffer from ischemic cerebrovascular disease .
