hMTH1在急性淋巴细胞白血病患者中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 hMTH1 (human mutT homologue 1)是nudix水解酶家族的成员之一,能有效水解核苷酸池中氧化的dGTP、GTP、dATP和ATP,阻止这些氧化核苷酸插入DNA或者RNA中[1].这种水解反应保证了氧化核苷酸不再被DNA聚合酶识别,从而阻止了DNA氧化损伤.hMTH1在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,Borrego等[2]研究显示胃腺癌组织中hMTH1mRNA表达水平明显增高.另外,胰腺癌和非小细胞肺癌中hMTH1 mRNA水平也明显升高[3-4].越来越多的研究表明,hMTH1与肿瘤的发生、发展有密切关系,而hMTH1在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的研究甚少,我们通过检测hMTH1在急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者中的表达,结合临床资料,探讨hMTH1在ALL发生、发展中的作用及潜在的临床意义.
