Asian variant of intravascular large B cell lymphoma with leukemia： a case report and literature review

摘要 血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤（intravascular large B cell lymphoma,IVLBCL）是非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种罕见类型,仅占淋巴瘤的1％[1].2008年WHO淋巴造血组织肿瘤最新分类将其明确归类为结外弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）的一个独立亚型.IVLBCL包含西方型（经典型）和亚洲型（噬血细胞相关型）两个临床分型[2].本文报道1例亚洲型IVLBCL合并噬血细胞综合征（HPS）患者资料,并对相关文献进行复习.
