Unrelated cord blood transplantation in the treatment of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria： a case report and literature review

摘要 异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）是目前唯一可以治愈阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症（PNH）的方法[1].由于PNH患者往往病程较长,长期反复输血及接受激素、免疫抑制剂等治疗,移植难度较大,寻找HLA全相合的非血缘供者也存在很多困难.非血缘脐血因其来源丰富、获取方便、HLA配型要求低、污染率低等优点而成为另一干细胞理想来源.我们应用非血缘脐血移植（UCBT）治疗难治性PNH 1例,取得了理想的疗效,现报告如下.
