摘要
采用固态杂化微波加热技术,以Mo粉与S粉为起始原料,45分钟内成功合成了Mo S2纳米粉体。X射线粉末衍射、X射线能谱、扫描电子显微镜、高分辨透射电子显微镜分析显示所制备样品为单相六方结构,最终产物组份接近起始原料组份且结晶良好。实验发现,随反应温度逐渐升高,产物结晶不断优化,粒径逐渐减小,均匀性逐渐增强。
Molybdenum disulfide nano-powders were prepared by solid state hybrid microwave heating using Mo and S powders as starting materials within 45 minutes. The analysis by powder X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy reveal that the as-synthesized products are of single-phase hexagonal structure with the final compositions close to those of the starting materials. The results indicate that increasing the reacting temperature can optimize the product crystallization, decrease the particle size and promote the homogeneity.
