四虫化瘤汤治疗非小细胞肺癌临床实验研究

Clinical Observation of Combined Four Worm Hualiu Decoction in the Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察四虫化瘤汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法选取71例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组(四虫化瘤汤联合化疗)(36例)和对照组(单纯化疗)(35例),观察两组间的近期疗效与毒副反应。结果治疗组客观者效率和疾病控制率好于对照组,在疾病控制率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),毒副反应方面:恶心呕吐、白细胞减少、贫血的发生率治疗组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四虫化瘤汤联合化疗能增加晚期非小细胞肺癌的疾病控制率并减轻化疗的毒副反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of Four worm HuaLiu decoction injection plus chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC） .Methods Seventy-one cases with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups,36 patients of tested group were treated with Four worm HuaLiu decoction injection combined with chemotherapy and 35 pa-tients of control group were only treated with chemotherapy.The chemotherapy effect,side effects of two groups were evaluated during and after chemotherapy.Results Four worm HuaLiu decoction injection combined with chemotherapy group and the clinical benefit rate was slightly higher than the single chemotherapy group,the difference of the clinical benefit rate was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Toxicity of Four worm HuaLiu decoction combined chemotherapy group chemotherapy was lower than the single chemotherapy group,the difference was statis-tically significant（P〈0.05）,too.Conclusion Four worm HuaLiu decoction injection can improve the curative effect in patients with ad-vanced non-small cell lung cancer,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.
