摘要
目的:研究激光酸蚀联合纳米管种植体(LAN)与喷砂酸蚀种植体(SLA)在不同时期骨结合的差异。方法:取Beagle犬4只,分别在每只犬后腿的左侧胫骨植入4枚LAN处理的钛种植体(LAN组),右侧胫骨植入4枚SAL处理的钛种植体作为对照(SLA组);分别于术后2、4周各随机处死2只动物,取出胫骨后,采用EXAKT切磨系统制作含种植体的骨组织切片;通过甲苯胺蓝染色法观察各种植体的骨结合情况,并比较两种不同处理方法的种植体在不同时期骨结合的差异。结果:术后2、4周,LAN组的种植体-骨结合率(BIC%)、骨面积百分数(BA%)均高于SLA组(P<0.05)。结论:激光酸蚀联合纳米管处理的种植体(LAN)相比喷砂酸蚀处理的种植体(SLA)具有更好的骨结合效果。
AIM:To compare the osseointegration effects of laser/acid/nanotubes-treated ( LAN) and sand-blasted/acid-treated ( SLA) titanium implant surfaces. METHODS:4 LAN implants were embedded in the left tibial bone of 4 Beagle dogs, while 4 SLA implants were embedded in the right tibial bone of the dogs. At 2 and 4 w after op-eration, 2 animals were sacrificed respectively and the tibial bones were taken. Bone ossointegration was observed by histological method. RESULTS:The percentage of bone area ( BA) and bone-implant contact ( BIC) in LAN group were significantly higher than those in SLA group at both 2 and 4 w (P〈0. 05) after implantation. CONCLUSION:Laser/acid/nanotube-treated implants are more effective for ossoingrationthan than sandblasted/acid-treated implants.
