摘要
目的:探讨螺旋压缩成骨器放置颊侧和腭侧对减阻上颌骨的应力及位移的比较。方法:利用三维有限元分析法构建螺旋压缩成骨器配合牙槽外科减阻快速内收上颌前牙及颌骨的三维有限元模型,螺旋压缩成骨器分别放置颊侧、腭侧,对上前牙施加位移0.75 mm工况,分析减阻上颌骨的应力、位移趋势。结果:上颌骨均发生应力分布和位移趋势,尤以远中向位移趋势明显,但颊侧和腭侧结果不同。结论:螺旋压缩成骨器对上颌骨远中向移动都会产生积极影响,但加力方式不同,移动趋势不同。
Objective:Determine and discuss Spiral compressing device's effects on Misses stress as well as displace-ment for anterior section of maxillar. Method:A 3D finite element model was established to study the previous teeth could be distracted rapidly by alveolar surgery with Spiral compressing device. Different ways were applied to anterior section of the maxillar Spiral compressing device removed cortical bone under different conditions. Result:under different displace-ments,boneless cortex show obvious focused stress distribution and displacement change.Conclusion:Spiral compressing device rapid movement of whole anterior teeth assisted under different conditions,boneless cortex show obvious.
