摘要
目的:探讨卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的MR动态增强扫描(DCE)与扩散加权成像(DWI)表现特征,提高其正确诊断率。方法:回顾性分析经病理检查证实的30例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI影像资料,分析肿瘤的MRI表现,尤其是DCE及DWI特征。结果:30例肿瘤MRI平扫T1WI呈等或稍低信号,T2WI呈等或稍高信号,T2WI抑脂序列呈高信号;所有病例DWI均呈高-稍高信号,ADC值范围为(1.182±0.65)×10^-3 mm^2/s;动态增强扫描中24例病灶为I型曲线,6例为II型曲线;所有病灶第一分钟强化率为86.64%~87.99%,与正常卵巢对比,两者之间差异有统计学意义。结论:卵泡膜细胞瘤具有一定的MRI表现特征,结合DCE及DWI的特征能对诊断提供很大帮助。
Objective:To investigate dynamic contrast enhanced(DCE)MRI and diffusion weighted MR imaging(DWI)characteristics of ovarian thecoma,so as to improve the rate of correct diagnosis.Methods:The MR image data of 30 patients with pathologically proved ovarian thecoma were analyzed retrospectively and the MRI manifestations especially the DCE and DWI features of tumor were analyzed.Results:In 30 cases of the tumor,MRI plain scan showed isointensity or hypointensity on T1 WI,isointensity or hyperintensity on T2 WI,hyperintensity on fat-suppressed T2 WI,and hyperintensity or slight hyperintensity on diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in all cases,and the range of ADC value was(1.182±0.65)×10^-3 mm^2/s.24 lesions showed typeⅠ curve in DCE scanning and 6lesions showed typeⅡ curve.The enhancement rate in the first minute in all lesions was 86.64~87.99%,which had statistic difference when it was compared with normal oyaries.Conclusion:MRI manifestations of ovarian thecoma have certain characteristics,the diagnosis accuracy of MRI can be improved when MRI combined with DCE and DWI features.
