摘要
本文阐述了西部渔业发展现状及为农民增收作出过的重要贡献,分析了西部渔业的开发潜力,同时,提出了实现新目标的保障措施。
Expounding the present state and the contribution of fishery development,and analyzing fish ery potentialities in western China,the paper put forward some measures to attain new object.
