线粒体功能障碍与慢性肾脏病 被引量:2

摘要 目前,慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)已成为世界范围内的公共卫生问题之一,我国的流行病学调查显示,在成年人群中其患病率高达10.8%。CKD的临床特征主要表现为蛋白尿及肾功能衰退,这与足细胞损伤导致的肾小球硬化、小管上皮细胞的凋亡及小管间质的纤维化等密切相关。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,线粒体功能障碍在CKD的病理机制中发挥着重要的作用,本文将就此进行综述。
