摘要
随着近几年工业现代化的发展,数控车床越来越多地被应用在机械加工生产领域中,其具有高度柔性、加工精度高、质量稳定、一致性好等特点,能改善操作者的劳动条件。数控车床的主轴、尾座和床身等部件的布局形式与卧式车床基本一致,但刀架和导轨的布局形式发生了根本变化,直接影响了数控车床的使用性能和机床的结构、外观。目前,数控车床一般有全功能数控车床、简易数控车床和加工中心等。
