摘要
目的探讨内固定及人工关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果并对其安全性进行对比分析。方法选取我院收治的80例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,分组就采用人工关节置换术(治疗组)及内固定术(对照组)进行治疗,对治疗效果及安全性进行对比分析。结果治疗组治疗效果的优良率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的优良率70.0%(P<0.05);此外,治疗组术后发生并发症例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果良好且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective Internal fixation and arthroplasty investigate the effect of treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures and compared its safety. Methods Select our hospital 80 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures, grouped on the use of arthroplasty （treatment group） and internal fixation （control group） were aeated, the treatment effect and safety were analyzed. Results Excellent results in the treatment group was 90.0%, significantly higher than the excellent rate 70.0% （P〈0.05）; in addition, the treatment group the number of cases of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroplasty senile intertrochanteric fracture to good effect and safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
