家庭化护理模式在产科护理中的应用观察

目的探讨家庭化护理模式在产科中的应用研究,总结临床经验。方法对在2013年10月至2014年12月我院妇产科住院的50例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组25例患者。对照组采用一般常规护理手段,实验组在对照组基础上采用家庭化护理模式进行护理,观察两组患者在汉密尔顿评分、自然生产率、满意度的区别,比较2组效果。结果对照组患者满意度为76.00%,自然生产率为76.00%,剖宫产和引道助产分别为8.00%和16.00%,汉密尔顿评分情况表明对照组的无焦虑孕妇占56.00%,可能焦虑占32.00%,焦虑患者占12.00%;患者满意度为84.00%,自然生产率为88.00%,剖宫产和引道助产分别为4.00%和8.00%,汉密尔顿评分情况表明对照组的无焦虑孕妇占76.00%,可能焦虑占24.00%,焦虑患者占0.00%。通过SPSS统计学软件进行分析后,发现在产科中采用家庭化护理手段护理与对照组有明显的差别,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科的护理中采用家庭化护理方法临床疗效显著,患者的满意度高,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the application of family-oriented models of care in obstetrics, summarizes clinical experience. Methods During October 2013-December 2014 50 inpatient hospital maternity patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups of 25 patients.The control group received usual care generally means in the control group, the experimental group were based on the model of nursing home care, were observed in Hamilton score, the difference natural productivity, satisfaction, and compare the effect of two groups. Results The control group was 76.00% patient satisfaction,natural production rate of 76.00%, and the approach road midwifery cesarean were 8.00% and 16.00%, hamilton score in the control group showed no cases of anxiety in pregnant women accounted for 56.00%, accounting for 32.00% likely to be anxious anxiety patients accounted for 12.00%; atient satisfaction was 84.00%, the natural production rate of 88.00%, and the approach road midwifery cesarean were 4.00% and 8.00%, hamilton score in the control group showed no cases of anxiety in pregnant women accounted for 76.00% probably accounted for 24.00 percent of anxiety, anxiety patients accounted for 0.00 percent after by SPSS statistical software for analysis and found that the use of obstetric care and family-based care means there is a significant difference between the control group, a significant difference, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of home- based care methods significantly in obstetric care, patient satisfaction is high, it is worth in clinical practice.
