孟鲁司特纳治疗小儿轻、中度持续性哮喘的分析

The Analysis of Treating Slight and Mild Persistent Asthma by Montelukast

目的分析孟鲁司特纳治疗小儿轻、中度持续性哮喘的临床效果。方法收集我院2012年10月至2013年10月诊治的小儿轻、中度持续性哮喘患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表分组的方式分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各40例。对照组患者采用常规治疗模式,试验组患者在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特纳治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,试验组中有21例(52.5%)显效,17例(42.5%)有效,2例(5.0%)无效,总有效率为95.0%;对照组中有15例(37.5%)显效,16例(40.0%)有效,9例(22.5%)无效,总有效率为77.5%,试验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前FEV1、PEF%比较无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后均得到明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特纳治疗小儿轻、中度持续性哮喘具有良好的临床疗效,能有效促进患者的肺功能改善,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of treating slight and mild persistent asthma by Montelukast. Methods 80 patients with slight and mild persistent asthma who accepted treatment in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were taken as the research objects and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated by the routine treatment mode while in the study group, on the basis of control group, they were treated by Montelukast. The treatment effects of two groups of patients were compared and analysed. Results According to the study results, in the study group, 21 of them had evident effects, 17 of them had effects, 2 of them had no effects and the whole effective rate was 95.0%. In the control group, 15 of them had evident effects, 16 of them had effects, 9 of them had no effects and the whole effective rate was 77.5%. The treatment effects in the study group were evidently better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The FEV, and PEF% of two groups of patients had no evident effects （P〉0.05）. After treatment, all of them improved evidently （P〈0.05）,and the improvement in the study group was evidently better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of treating slight and mild persistent asthma by Montelukast are good, which can effectively promote the lung functions of patients. Thus, it should be promoted in clinical applications.
