生物补片应用于先天性无阴道的疗效观察

Vaginoplasty with Tissue-engineered Biomaterial Mesh for Congenital Absence of Vagina

目的 评价生物补片在治疗先天性无阴道的疗效。方法 选择我院2013年9月至2014年12月18例先天性无阴道患者行生物补片阴道成形术。结果 18例患者均获成功,随访3∽18个月,11例有性生活者术后性功能正常。结论 生物补片阴道成形术简便可行,安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of vaginoplasty with tissue-engineered biomaterial mesh for congenital absence of vagina. Methods This analysis included 18 patients with congenital absence of vagina referred to our department from September 2013 to December 2014. Results All the 18 patients underwent vaginoplasty with tissue-engineered biomaterial mesh successfully. During a follow-up of 3-18 months, 11 patients with sexual experiences obtained a satisfactory sexual life. Conclusion Vaginoplasty with tissue-engineered biomaterial mesh is a feasible, safe and effective procedure.
