腹腔镜下垂体后叶素注射对卵巢储备功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术中使用垂体后叶素注射对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法:对48例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者随机分成研究组和对照组。研究采用稀释的垂体后叶素注入到卵巢皮质与卵巢囊肿壁间隙后再行剥除,对照组采用常规剥除法。术前和术后超声检测卵巢窦卵泡数(AFC)和卵巢体积。结果:研究组术中出血量和手术时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<00.01);两组术后AFC值和卵巢体积均较术前明显下降,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<00.01),研究组术后AFC减少率为(12.84±1.17)%,小于对照组的(37.88±16.42)%,差异有统计学意义(P<00.01);研究组术后卵巢体积缩小率为(28.84±6.86)%,少于对照组的(52.36±8.72)%,差异有统计学意义,P<00.01。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术会导致卵巢储备功能的降低,在术中增加使用垂体后叶素注射对卵巢储备功能的影响相对减少。
