摘要
目的：探讨和血明目片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞所致眼底出血的临床效果。方法：将我院84例视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血患者随机分为两组，观察组42例42眼采用和血明目片治疗，对照组42例42眼采用复方血栓通片治疗，对两组治疗效果进行分析比较。结果：观察组与对照组治疗后的显效率（23.81%，14.29%）和无效率（2.38%，9.52%）上有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组显效率明显高于对照组，无效率显著低于对照组；治疗后观察组患者并发症少于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：和血明目片治疗静脉栓塞性眼底出血具有良好的临床效果，改善患者的视力水平疗效明显，值得推广。
Objective：To discussion the clinical efficacy of hexuemingmu tablet for retinal hemorrhage caused by retinal vein occlusion. Method：Our hospital 84 cases of retinal vein occlusion retinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,the observer group（42 cases,42 eyes） treat with hexuemingmu tablet, the control group（42 cases,42 eyes） treat with fufangxueshuantong tablet,treatment for the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results：Between the observer group and the control group, there was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05） on significant efficiency（23.81%,14.29%） and inefficiency（2.38%,9.52%）, the observation group significant efficiency was higher,and inefficiency was lower than the control group; After treatment, patients with complications in the observation group was lower than the control group, there was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Hexuemingmu tablet treatment of venous thromboembolic retinal hemorrhage with good clinical results,improve visual acuity in patients with obvious effect, should be popularized.
