摘要
以辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠为壁材,对麻保沙星进行微囊化包埋。实验条件为n(麻保沙星)∶n(混合溶剂)=1∶9,辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠浓度20%,麻保沙星含量10%,真空度0.03 MPa,乳化剪切温度40℃,滴加时间60 min。所得微囊包封率99.5%。此过程操作简单,提供了麻保沙星新剂型的制备方法。
Marbofloxacin was microencapsulated using octenylsuccinate sodium starch in this paper. The optimum experimental conditions are as following: the ratio of marbofloxacin to the mixed solvent is 1:9; the concentration of octenylsuecinate sodium starch is 20%; the content of marbofloxacin is 10%; the vacuum is 0.03 MPa; the emulsification temperature is at 40℃; the adding period for octenylsuccinate sodium starch in dropping is 60 minutes. In a typical encapsulation process, the microencapsulated efficiency is up to 99.5%. This simple method offered a new process for the preparation of encapsulated marbofloxacin.
