Preparation of Monodispersion Methoxypolyethylene Glycols

摘要 以二乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG2)和四乙二醇(PEG4)为原料,经对甲苯磺酰化反应和Williamson醚化合成反应制得六乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG6),并对反应条件进行了优化,优化反应条件为n(MPEG2OTs)∶n(PEG4)=1∶8,40℃反应4 h。优化条件下MPEG6的收率达67.1%,并制备了不同聚合度的单分散聚乙二醇单甲醚MPEG10和MPEG14。 Methoxyhexaethylene glycol (MPEG6) was prepared via tosylated reaction and Williamson ether synthesis using methoxydiethylene glycol (MPEG2) and tetraethylene glycol (PEG4) . The effects of molar ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time were evaluated. A yield of 67.1% for Williamson ether synthesis was reached under the reaction conditions of n(MPEG2OTs):n(PEG4)=1:8, 40℃ and 4 h. The optimized reaction conditions were employed for the synthesis of methoxydecaethylene glycol (MPEG10) and methoxytetradeeaethylene glycol (MPEG14) .
