联苯-4,4′-二硫酚高效合成方法的研究

摘要 以联苯-4,4′-二磺酸钾为原料,先经五氯化磷酰化反应制备中间体联苯-4,4′-二磺酰氯,再经锡/盐酸还原得到目标产物联苯-4,4′-二硫酚。反应总收率55.25%,含量99.4%。该法经济环保、工艺简单,具有工业生产前景。 4,4'-Biphenyldithiol was synthesized using 4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic acid potassium as starting material. In typical process, 4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic acid potassium reacted with PCls, and then the obtained intermediate reacted with Sn/I-ICI to give the target product. A total yield of 55.25% with a purity of 99.4% was obtained. This method is economical and environmental friendly satisfying the requirements for industrial production process.
