摘要
对某新型复合泡沫塑料制备的承压件的冲击破碎形式进行了有限元仿真模拟计算和实物冲击破碎试验。结果表明:模拟计算得到的承压件破碎形式、碎块数量、大小及形状均与实际试验结果相吻合;该文所建立的仿真模拟方法可为类似产品的研究提供参考。
The finite element simulation calculation and physical impact fragmenting test were done to a kind of new composite foam plastic covers to study their fragmenting form. The results show that the fragmenting form, number, size and shape of the fragments obtained by simulating coincided well with the actual test results. This established finite element simulation method could provide reference for studying similar products.
