摘要
在大管径输水工程中,当管线从起点到终点地势高差较大时,在终点会产生较大的水压,对管道和设备造成损伤。结合新疆火烧山二级管网供水工程地势起伏情况,设计了适合该工程的大型减压阀——液动多喷孔控制阀,并将其设置在输水管线的适当位置,对比减压阀设置前后管线压力变化并计算不同关阀方案时最不利点的水锤压力,证明了运用减压阀后不仅可以降低管道工程造价,也减小了开闭阀门所产生的水锤对管道造成的损伤,取得了良好的社会、经济效益。
In large pipe-diameter water supply projects, when there is a large terrain elevation difference between the starting and ending points of the pipeline, a high water pressure will be generated at the ending point, resulting in damage to the piping and equipment. According to the undulating terrain of the secondary pipe water supply project in Huoshaoshan of Xinjiang, a large pressure reducing valve called hydraulic multiple orifice control valve was designed and installed in the appropriate location. The pipeline pressure before and after the installation of the valve was compared, and the water hammer pressure at the most unfavorable point under different valve closure conditions was calculated. The results showed that the installation of the valve could not only reduce the project cost, but also decrease the damage of water hammer produced by opening and closing the valve.
