摘要
针对地下输水管道泄漏需长期监测的现状,提出了一种基于Lab VIEW的远程监测系统,该系统通过硬件搭建和软件仿真完成。首先由Zig Bee无线传感器网络采集系统的工作状态及环境参数,通过GPRS无线网络将数据传输到远程监测中心,利用Lab VIEW图形化编程软件实现数据的实时显示、分析及存储调用等功能。采用的监测方法为负压波监测,利用管道两端采集到的负压波时间差来进行精确定位。该系统运行稳定,操作简单,易于布线,可长期不间断监测,适合于目前管道监测的应用。
A remote monitoring system based on LabVIEW was presented to monitor the leakage of underground water delivery pipeline. The system was set up by the hardware structures and software simu- lation. The working state and environmental parameters of the system were collected by the ZigBee wireless sensor network, and the data were transferred to the remote monitoring center through GPRS wireless network. The display, analysis, storage of data and other functions were achieved by LabVIEW graphical programming software. The negative pressure wave monitoring method was used to realize the precise positioning through the time difference between both ends of the pipeline. The results of experiments showed that the system was stable, simple, easy in wiring, and could accomplish long-term continuous monitoring, and it was suitable for the current pipeline monitoring.
